In 2000 I won the Princes Trust Young Webdesigner of the Year competition at the NEC in Birmingham. These are the two websites that I designed for the competition.

Backstreet Boys
This was the site that I designed for the first stage of the RM/Smash Hit Young Webdesigner of the Year competition. All the content was written by my friend in Canada who is a massive fan of the Backstreet Boys. The site had to be just five pages.

This is probably my favourite design that I have done, because the overall effect is very good. The metalic blue design stands out against the black background and the scrolling effect makes it more fun. (unfortunately this site was designed long before Firefox was invented so the scrolls don't work in Firefox :( )

This is the site I did at the finals of the RM/Smash Hits/Princes Trust Young Web Designer of the Year 2000.The whole site was developed in five hours and was based on my favourite subject! Unfortunately Front Page had to be used, but other than that it was ok!
