The Stadium Feyenoord's Stadium - De Kuip has been the host of 8 UEFA competition fianls and will now hold the final of Euro 2000. The ground now has a removeable roof, a heated pitch and 50,00 seats. Also a ditch around the pitch replaces the fences to separate the fans from the players, the colour coded stands means supporters can easily be seperated and the ground can be emptied within 8 minutes.
The Place Rotterdam is a good place for nightlife. Two streets near Eendrachtsplein metro being the best places. There are many varieties of restaurants including Chinese and Indonesian. During the daytime, there is also the Lijnbaan shopping centre.
How To Get There From the North From the direction of Amsterdam, follow the E19 in the direction of Utrecht, exit at Dordrecht and follow the signs for the Centrum. From the South From Antwerp follow the E19 north in the direction of Rotterdam From the West From the direction of the Hoek Of Holland, take the E25 which leads to the outskirts of Rotterdam. From here local roads lead into the city, which will be well signposted. From the East If travelling from as far west as Arnhem, take the E35. This road changes to the E25 at Utrecht and then the E19 on the outskirts of Rotterdam will lead you into the centre.
