From the South From Antwerp follow the E19 north in the direction of Rotterdam From the West From the direction of the Hoek Of Holland, take the E25 which leads to the outskirts of Rotterdam. From here local roads lead into the city, which will be well signposted. From the East If travelling from as far west as Arnhem, take the E35. This road changes to the E25 at Utrecht and then the E19 on the outskirts of Rotterdam will lead you into the centre.
