Eindhoven The Stadium
Recently, the Philips Stadion underwent a £20million improvement, increasing its capacity for Euro 2000. The stadium has superb facitities including four big screens where spectators can see replays. The Philips Stadium is home to PSV (Philips Sport Varanigeng). The original PSV team was made up of workers from the Philips factory.

The Place
Eindhoven isn't the most exciting of cities. There is little in the city apart from The Philips Stadium and a few hotels. If you are after a beer, there are six bars in a row, the best of these being Cafe Sante. Thats it basically!!

Getting There
From the North
On the E25 you take exit Antwerpen/Maastricht (Ekkerswijer intersectio followed by Batadorp intersection). Follow the E25 until you get to the exit for Eindhoven Centrum.
From the South
Drive in the direction of 's-Hertogenbosch and Amsterdam on the E25.
From the East
Drive in the direction of Turnhout/Antwerpen. Take exit 33 for Waalre/Valkenswaard and this leads into Eindhoven.
From the West
From the direction of Antwerp get on the E34, the main route from the west to Eindhoven (from Antwerp get on the E34 via the E19, then the E313) until you get to the exit for Eindhoven Centrum.
