| Match Summary - Holland |
Holland booked their place in the last eight and carried France with them into the quarter-finals after a stirring second-half showing against Denmark in Rotterdam.
Frank Rijkaard's side finally began to exhibit the talent that had made them pre-tournament favourites for Euro 2000 following a stuttering victory over the Czech Republic in their opening game.
A wretched opening against the Danes followed, before goals from Patrick Kluivert, Ronald de Boer and Boudewijn Zenden finally clicked the Dutch into gear.

| Match Summary - France |
France showed why they are one of the favourites to win Euro 2000 by opening up with a crushing 3-0 win over Denmark in Group D in Bruges on Sunday.
The reigning world champions played some sensational football as they routed Peter Schmeichel and his men.
Goals from Laurent Blanc, Thierry Henry and Sylvain Wiltord were more than enough to ensure victory.
