Scotland haven't qualified for a major tournament since World Cup 98 when
they got knocked out in the first round.
Since then the team has totally changed. No more Ally McCoist, no more
Colin Hendry. Bertie Vogts has tried to bring the young players through
and despite losing his first five games in charge of Scotland, he believes
the team are making progress.
Scotland would be very happy if they qualified for Euro 2004.
