Number 10: Davor Suker
When? Croatia v Denmark. Euro '96 First Round.
How? Davor Suker completed his hat-trick with the last kick of the match in this 3-0 win for Croatia by majestically lobbing the world's best keeper, Peter Schmeichel.
Why so Good? It was a sublime goal from a man in form, in his nation's first ever European Championships. The crowds loved it!

Number 9: Drazen Dzagic
When? Yugoslavia v England. Euro '68 Semi-Final.
How? With the scores level in the final seconds of the semi-final, Yugoslavia's brillian winger Dzagic popped up to score a dramatic winner driving home past Gordon Banks to knock England out.
Why so Good? A shock win against the favourites, which stunned a country still wallowing in its World Cup glory.

Number 8: Ray Wilkins
When? England v Belgium. Euro' 80 First Round.
How? Ray Wilkins intercepted a Belgian clearance out of defence, then lobbed the ball over the defence as they pushed forward, then ran through the advancing players to receive his own pass and fired the ball past the keeper.
Why so Good? It was a great goal and about as good as England got in that tournament.

Number 7: Domenghini
When? Italy v Yugoslavia. Euro' 68 Final.
How? While German referee Dienst was pushing back the Yugoslave defensive wall, Domenghini quickly took the free-kick and scored. The 81st minute goal sent the Final to a replay which Italy won.
Why so Good? It was so important for Italy after they had been knocked out of the 1966 World Cup by North Korea.

Number 6: Antonin Panenka
When? Czechoslovakia v West Germany, Euro 76 Final.
How? A penalty shoot-out. After West Germany's Hoeness shot over, up stepped Panenka with the score at 4-3. Panenka softly clipped the ball over the diving Maier and Czechoslovakia had won the Championships.
Why so Good? It was the first penalty shoot-out to decide a majore trophy and it was a cheeky finish.
